A Lake St. Louis house built less than one-year ago is falling apart, literally. Cracking in the flooring and walls started as soon as Carl and Jesse Eisenmann moved their four kids into the newly constructed dream home. The house built in June 2012 and it has now been deemed unsafe, unlivable and non repairable by a Structural Engineer and the City of Lake St. Louis. The Eisenmann’s claim the over six- hundred thousand dollar house was constructed on soil not properly compacted by the contractor. Carl and Jesse Eisenmann have filled suit against the construction company and various others in an effort to reclaim their money.
