G.E.D. Test Changing

People going for their G.E.D., or high school equivalency test will see some big changes after the first of the year.  Starting January 2nd, Missouri’s exam will be called the HiSET, or High School Equivalency Test, the cost is going up, all testing will done online, and the questions will be harder than the current ones.  The “Post Dispatch” reports, it’s not just the paper-and-pencil version changing, there will also be a one-year deadline imposed for students to pass all of its five sections before they have to start from scratch.
