The Executive Assistant is responsible for supporting our Executive team, helping them to maximize revenue opportunities by assisting with various administrative tasks.

Required Skills:

  • Administratively support the President/Regional Market Manager and Director of Sales
  • Managing calendars and scheduling meetings internally and externally for multiple parties
  • Maintain Public File, ensuring compliance including political, EEO, quarterly and annual reports
  • Perform basic/administrative recruiting activities including job posting, planning career nights, attending career fairs
  • Meeting and event planning and execution
  • Arrange travel
  • Prepares and submits monthly expense reports.
  • Perform general administrative duties including faxing, filing, copying, correspondence
  • Ability to interpret a variety of situations and instructions furnished in writing, oral, diagram or schedule form.
  • Complete miscellaneous tasks as requested by the Executive team.
  • Distributing electronic internal and external communications; phone coverage, filing and printing documents, routing correspondence and occasional ad hoc projects
  • Act as point of contact for station comments, internal time-off requests, client requests, employee programs
  • Back up office manager


Required Experience:

  • Strong sense of integrity with ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to prioritize multiple projects at same time
  • Self -motivated and proactive
  • Must have working knowledge of Windows operating system and be proficient in Microsoft software applications (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) and have the ability to learn and use company system(s).

Promotions Director

Required Skills:

  • Develop and oversee all promotional and contest initiatives of station.
  • Directly supervise employees in the Promotions Department including but not limited to hiring, training, disciplining and appraising performance of employees.
  • Write, create and produce on-air promotions.

  • Supervise stations contests including originating or adapting ideas, arranging prizes and listener events.
  • Maintain accurate records of contestants, and ensure contests are conducted in accordance with FCC regulations and law.
  • Represent station at community events and promotions.
  • Coordinate activities of other departments involved in production of promotions and remotes.
  • Maintain stations prize closet, inventory of station premiums and inventory and control of station banners. 
  • Prepare affidavits for clients attesting to the promotional announcements aired for a particular campaign.
  • Coordinate all prizes and winners and make sure prizes are available for front desk distribution.  Handle all release forms to ensure 1099’s are in order for distribution.
  • Ability to work some odd hours

Required Experience:

  • College degree in Communications or Marketing preferred but not required.
  • Minimum two years experience in broadcast marketing, public relations or related field.
  • Knowledge of all FCC rules and regulations related to broadcast marketing.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines, handle stress and related pressure.
  • Ability to work well with others.
  • Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.
  • Ability to frequently lift and/or move in excess of 50 pounds

Chief Engineer

National Sales Assistant

  • Research adjustments, verifying accuracy of clients’ claims before approving or denying credit; submitting all necessary paperwork for authorized adjustments
  • Assist in all aspects of Political advertising, including: entering orders, insuring rate adherence, maintaining appropriate paperwork in order to be compliant with FCC

Required Experience:

  • High School diploma a must; some college preferred
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Being detail-oriented, organized, and a self-starter a plus
  • Ability to be flexible and meet deadlines
